Welcome to Aditya Royale Travels. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and travel-related services provided by us. By making a booking or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after Aditya Royale Travels receives the required booking details, the applicable advance payment, and issues a written confirmation by email, WhatsApp, or any other official communication.
The person making the booking confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation and accepts these Terms & Conditions for the entire group.
2. Booking Deposit
To secure your booking, an advance payment of 25% of the total tour cost per person is generally required.
Certain airlines, hotels, international packages, cruises, or special promotional offers may require a higher deposit or full payment at the time of booking. The applicable payment requirement will be communicated during the booking process.
3. Payment
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience, including:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- UPI
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Net Banking
- Cash (where permitted)
Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, or foreign transaction charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
For bookings made within 10 working days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
4. Balance Payment
Once your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be issued showing the amount paid and the remaining balance.
The balance payment must be completed at least 28 days before the scheduled departure date, unless otherwise mentioned.
Bookings made within 14 working days of departure require immediate payment of the full tour cost.
Failure to make the balance payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, a written cancellation request must be submitted by email or through our official communication channels.
Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date on which the written request is received by Aditya Royale Travels.
The following cancellation charges generally apply:

| 27–14 Days | 50% of Total Tour Cost |
| 13–7 Days | 75% of Total Tour Cost |
| 6 Days or Less | 100% of Total Tour Cost |
Please note that airlines, hotels, visa authorities, cruises, and other suppliers may have separate cancellation policies that may differ from the above.
6. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to modify your confirmed booking, including travel dates, destination, accommodation, transportation, or traveler details, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, all changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other service partners.
7. Our Responsibility
Aditya Royale Travels carefully selects trusted travel partners to provide quality services.
However, we act only as a travel planner and booking facilitator and do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transportation providers, sightseeing companies, cruise operators, or other third-party services.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or operational issues beyond our reasonable control.
8. Customer Complaints
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you experience any issue during your trip, please inform your tour representative or contact our office immediately so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
If your concern remains unresolved, please send us a written complaint within 28 days of completing your trip. This helps us investigate the matter efficiently and provide an appropriate response.
9. Passport & Visa
Every traveler is responsible for carrying a valid passport, visa, government-issued identification, travel permits, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required by the destination country.
Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
Aditya Royale Travels provides visa assistance where applicable but cannot guarantee visa approval or processing timelines.
10. Health & Medical Requirements
Travelers should ensure they are medically fit to undertake the booked journey.
Any existing medical conditions that may affect travel should be disclosed before booking.
If a traveler is found to have a contagious illness that may endanger other passengers, they may be denied travel or asked to discontinue the tour at their own expense.
11. Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are determined by the respective hotel.
Unless otherwise mentioned:
- Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-out: 12:00 Noon
Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be forwarded to the hotel but remain subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
12. Use of Transportation
Transportation included in your package will operate strictly according to the confirmed itinerary.
Additional vehicle usage, extra sightseeing, waiting time, route changes, or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary will attract additional charges.
13. Changes to Itinerary
While we always aim to operate tours exactly as planned, certain circumstances beyond our control may require modifications.
These may include weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, airline schedule changes, government regulations, strikes, political situations, or operational reasons.
Where necessary, Aditya Royale Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the interest of passenger safety and smooth operation.
14. Price Changes & Surcharges
Tour prices are based on prevailing costs at the time of quotation.
If there are significant increases in fuel prices, airline fares, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, visa fees, or other government charges before departure, Aditya Royale Travels reserves the right to revise the final tour price accordingly.
Whenever possible, we strive to absorb minor increases without affecting your booking.
15. Limitation of Liability
Aditya Royale Travels shall not be responsible for losses or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Missed connections
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- War or terrorism
- Extreme weather conditions
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Airport closures
- Technical failures
- Industrial disputes
- Loss of baggage
- Theft
- Personal injury
- Medical emergencies
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Our liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Aditya Royale Travels for the affected booking.
16. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, itineraries, designs, and branding, is the property of Aditya Royale Travels unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Aditya Royale Travels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
